How do I qualify to live here? What is the income criteria to live at The Life at Park View?
The Life at Park View is an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider and operates in accordance with the Federal Housing Fair Housing act. All applicants will be screened through background and consumer credit checks. To qualify, the head of household must be at least 18 years or older. In addition, all applicants must make two times the monthly rental income cumulatively. See the complete statement of Rental Criteria for all qualifying questions and details.

ARE THE APARTMENT HOMES FURNISHED?
Our homes are designed for you to create your own unique space. For that reason, we do not offer furnished homes. We offer energy-efficient appliances, such as a stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.
WILL THERE BE A WASHER/DRYER AVAILABLE?
Select apartment homes come equipped with washer and dryer appliances, while all apartments feature convenient washer and dryer connections.
ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED?
Billing for water, trash, and pest control is paid by the owner. All other utilities are not included.
DO YOU PROVIDE ONSITE MAINTENANCE?
Yes, you can log in to your resident portal and submit a maintenance request at your convenience. A friendly service team member will respond. Enjoy your apartment without the hassle of yard work, home repairs, and required upkeep.
